Entrance and COVID-19 Guidance for ASEC 2021

There is no on site registration – you will not be able to enter our event without the following documentation:

• Your Photo ID
• Proof of your COVID-19 status (NHS vaccination passport or confirmation of negative test result from the NHS or a private test provider)

You can prove your COVID-19 status using one of the following methods:

• Negative Lateral Flow Test (LFT) or Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) OR
• Proof of vaccination (UK residents only) OR
• Proof of natural immunity (England residents only)

Traffic Light System

To Ensure the safety and comfort of all the event attendees we have adopted a ‘Traffic Light System’. This is a colour-coding system that allows delegates and exhibitors to more easily signify to each other how comfortable they are with social mixing. Stickers are provided in the registration area which can be placed on your name badge.
